DESCRIPTION:NAFTZ is requesting that Designated (primary) members attending our Annual Conference in New Orleans next month specifically register for (voting) participation at the Annual Meeting of the Members scheduled for Wednesday\, September 11th at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel during the 2024 NAFTZ Annual Conference.This process will help ensure compliance with our bylaws and board policy regarding determining a quorum present for the meeting and the election of Board Members and Officers. This process (initially implemented last year) also makes it easy for Designated Members to assign a Proxy for their vote if they prefer. Full details are being sent to Designated Members regarding the process. If you have any questions\, please contact NAFTZ President Jeff Tafel at jtafel@naftz.org. This meeting is in-person only\, unfortunately there is no virtual participation option.
