Coming January 2026: The New NAFTZ Online Community
A New Member Benefit
NAFTZ is excited to unveil a new member benefit in January 2026: the NAFTZ Online Community, a digital space dedicated to our U.S. Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) community bringing you all closer together than ever before.
The new platform was created to keep the NAFTZ conversations going. From committee discussions to conference connections, it’s a space where members can continue collaborating, asking questions, and sharing insights long after an event ends. Whether you’re looking for input on a U.S. FTZ challenge, celebrating a win, or simply connecting with peers across the country, this community makes it simple, and rewarding to stay engaged.
What You Can Expect
Forum Based Community
If you’re part of the Grantee Committee, Operator/User Committee, or the ELITE Group, you’ll experience the new online platform to its fullest advantage. As a member of these groups, you’ll automatically have access to your committee’s dedicated space within the Online Community—where you can continue discussions from calls, share updates, ask questions, and start new threads to keep the conversation going year-round.
A Central Home for Committees & Groups
Committee members will find dedicated spaces for meeting notes, resources, and ongoing collaboration—keeping everything organized and accessible.
A Member Directory With Real Connections
Quickly search for fellow NAFTZ members and filter by industries, membership type, or expertise. Once the platform launches, all active members who have created their InfoHub profiles will appear in the directory—making networking easier than ever.
Easy, Direct Communication
Join your committee’s monthly calls, send private messages, join video chats, and build your NAFTZ network.
Events, Resources & Updates—All in One Place
Quick links to review upcoming webinars, conferences, and NAFTZ resources through a clean.
How to Prepare Now
To ensure you’re ready on day one, ensure you have created a member profile within the NAFTZ InfoHub. If you are attempting to log into your profile and aren’t receiving an email for your forgot password, it is likely you do not have a profile. Please create your profile using this link. Members who have not accessed their InfoHub will not appear in the directory right away, but will appear once their profile is set up.
Building a Stronger NAFTZ Community Together
As the U.S. FTZ program continues to grow, so does the need for real-time knowledge-sharing and peer support. The Online Community will allow members to get answers faster, build stronger relationships nationwide, and collaborate on the topics shaping the future of FTZs.
Stay Tuned
We’re’ excited about launching this new member benefit and will share tutorials, login instructions, and early previews throughout December and January to help you get ready for the new rollout.
