The NAFTZ Online Community: Turning Connections into Everyday Support

The NAFTZ Online Community: Turning Connections into Everyday Support

As we count down to the January 2026 launch of the NAFTZ Online Community, we want to spotlight what this new member benefit will truly deliver for NAFTZ members.

One of the most highly valued benefits members consistently identify is the opportunity to connect with and learn from likeminded U.S. FTZ professionals. The NAFTZ Online Community builds on that community, creating a dedicated space where active members can connect year-round, and well beyond scheduled conferences, webinars, and committee calls.

Designed as an extension of your monthly Operator/User and Grantee calls, as well as post-conference and webinar interactions, the NAFTZ Online Community keeps conversations going long after an event or meeting has ended. It’s where questions can be answered more quickly, ideas can be shared more freely, and relationships across the U.S. FTZ community can continue to grow organically.

What This Will Mean for You

Once live, the NAFTZ Online Community will allow members to:

  • Ask practical, U.S. FTZ-related questions and learn from peers
  • Continue conversations or submit new discussion topics, questions, and more that may follow a forum-based community (Operator/User, Grantee, and ELITE) meetings
  • Share insights, resources, and best practices in a centralized space
  • Build stronger professional relationships without waiting for the next in-person event or the next scheduled virtual meeting
  • Host calls, sent private messages, build connections or make business connections within the community
  • And much more.

Whether you’re navigating a compliance issue, seeking peer input, or looking to stay connected to your community, the NAFTZ Online Community brings the U.S. FTZ community together in one accessible, member-only space.

Get Ready for Launch

To ensure you’re ready, members are encouraged to confirm they have an active NAFTZ InfoHub profile, which will allow you access into the online community. Though please note, once you access the InfoHub, we’ll then encourage you to update your profile (including bios, tags, and profile photos) for a more personalized experience. All profiles are private by default. Members will have the ability to make their profile public. Additional tutorials, previews, and guidance will be shared ahead of the scheduled late-January launch.

Looking Ahead

The NAFTZ Online Community is more than just a new member benefit, it’s an extension of NAFTZ’s commitment to supporting members every day, not just at major events. We’re excited to see how members use this space to collaborate, solve problems, and strengthen the U.S. FTZ community together.
